debt
recovery

Bills need to be paid for business to operate. If they aren’t being paid, you need to chase them. Usually a letter of demand for payment from a lawyer is enough to get a bill paid. But sometimes you need to go further with a statutory demand or to go to court to get judgement. If that doesn’t work, you may need to go to court to have someone declared bankrupt or a business wound up to recover what you can of the debt. You may also be able to negotiate a payment, enabling you to receive at least some of what you’re owed without going through bankruptcy or winding up proceedings.

Ultimately, cash flow is what matters in business and that’s what you want to protect by chasing unpaid bills. Our lawyers understand that and work with business to recover debts as quickly and cost-effectively as possible and to work out strategies for your credit management.
